Refund Policy & Buyer Protection

1. Non-Tangible Irrevocable Digital Goods

Since SiamPR-DP provides digital assets that can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refund requests are generally governed by fair-use criteria to prevent abuse.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• The product file is materially corrupt, missing critical promised source files, and the seller does not fix the issue within 48 hours.
• The product description was misleading or misrepresented core capabilities.
• Duplicate accidental billing occurred for the exact same order.

3. Refund Processing & License Revocation

Once an administrator approves a refund, the order total is refunded to the original payment method, the seller's wallet ledger is debited accordingly, and your download tokens and license entitlements for the refunded product are permanently revoked.
